PVC Insulated Power Cable

This product is used for power transmission and distribution lines with AC rated voltage of 1.8/3V and below.
Its mechanical and physical properties and electrical performance meet the requirements of national standard GB/T12706- 2008 and international standard IEC60502-2004 “Extruded Insulated Power Cable with Rate Voltage of 1-30KV and Accessories”. 

PVC Insulated Power Cable Operating characteristics and electrical performance

1. Cable laying temperature: ≥0°C
2. Long-term allowable operating temperature of cable conductor: ≤70°C
3. Higest working temperature of cable in case of short circuit (the longest lasting time is not over 5s): 160°C
4. Minimum permissible bending radius: Single core cable: 20D; multi-core cable: 15D (Note: D is actual outer diameter of cable).
5. AC withstand voltage test of finished cable product.

XLPE insulated power cable for 1.8/3KV and below

 The product is applicable for AC 50Hz transmission and distribution lines with rated voltage of 1.8/3KV or below.
The mechanical properties and electrical performance of cables meet the requirements of national standard GB/T12706- 2008 and international standards IEC60502-2005.

XLPE insulated power cable Operating characteristics

1. Cable laying temperature: ≥0°C
2. Cable conductor long-term allowable working temperature:≤90°C
3. Higest working temperature of cable in case of short circuit (the longest lasting time is not over 5s): 250°C
4. Minimum allowable bending radius: Single core cable: 20D mm; multi-core cable: 15D mm Note: D is actual outer diameter of the cable

 This product is suitable for power, household appliances, instruments, small power tools, dynamic lighting and other applications with AC rated voltage (Uo/U) of 450/750V and below. 

PVC insulated cables with rated voltage of 450/750V and below Operating characteristics

1. Laying temperature: ≥0°C
2. Cable operating temperature: except 60227IEC07 (BV-90) and 60227IEC08 (RV-90), the maximum operating temperature is 90°C [the rest are 70°C].
3. Allowable bending radius: for cables with outer diameter (D) less than 25mm, should be not less than 4D; for cables with outer diameter (D) 25mm and above, should not be less than 6D.

PVC insulated control cable

This product is used for electrical appliance and instrument connecting cables in power distribution equipment with AC rated voltage of 450/750V and below.
Its mechanical and physical properties and electrical performance meet the requirements of GB/T9330-2008 "Plastic Insulated Control Cable.
 

PVC Insulated Control Cable Operating characteristics

1. Cable laying temperature: ≥0°C
2. Long-term allowable operating temperature of cable conductor: 70°C
3. Minimum permissible bending radius:
a. For unarmored cables, should be no less than six times of cable outer diameter;
b. For armored or copper belt shield structure cables, should be not less than 12 times of cable outer diameter;
c. For flexible cable with shield structure, shoud be less than six times of cable outer diameter.
4. Finished cable can bear AC 5HZ, 3KV, 5min withstand test without breakdown.
5. Conductor DC resistance meets the requirements of national standard GB/T3956-2008 “Cable Conductor” and international standard IEC60228.

XLPE Insulated Control Cable
