ACSR Type ACP Wire AC-70 Standard GOST 839-80 70/11 70/72 95/16

ACSR conductors are being used on transmission line networks for all climatic regions as per GOST 15150. The conductors are being manufactured as per GOST 839-80 requirements. ACSR is consisting of steel and aluminum wires. The installation of the conductor has to be done as per PUE requirements. Maximum continous permissible temperature of the conductor should not exceed 90 C.

АС (ACR) Wires

AC (ACR) type wires are designed for overhead power transmission in I and II type atmospheric conditions specified in GOST 15150. ACK, ACKC (ACSR), ACKП (ACSS) type wires are used on sea coasts and salt-lake coasts, in industrial cities and regions, in salt-marsh areas as well as in places with an atmosphere of types II and III.

The difference of ACK wires from AC wires is the presence of a heat-resistant neutral lubricant, which protects from the heating of the steel core and one or two layers of PET tape wrapper.

The difference of ACKC wires from ACK wires is the presence of a heat-resistant neutral lubricant, which protects from the heating caused by a PET tape wrapper.

The difference of ACKП wires form other types of wires is the presence of a heat-resistant neutral lubricant on the outer layer, which protects from external heating and heating of other layers.
